Claims Associate II – Workers Comp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of workers' compensation claims

• Assess new claims to confirm all necessary information is provided

• Initiate contact and promptly address inquiries

• Process incoming correspondence and manage related documentation

• Handle medical requests and collaborate with providers

• Analyze claims for resolution and decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service

• Required to obtain and keep relevant adjuster license(s)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Familiarity with the insurance sector, medical terminology, or medical billing
