Bilingual Spanish Commercial Claims Adjuster – Auto Damage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and top-notch customer service to all policyholders and claimants by responding to customer calls, processing claims, and addressing customer inquiries.

• Collect essential information from customers to initiate claims and clarify policy details, coverage, and the appropriate course of action.

• Oversee a portfolio of claims, establish initial reserves for all potential exposures, and make adjustments as necessary throughout the claims process.

• Coordinate the repair of damaged vehicles and assist with rental reimbursement.

• Identify recovery opportunities related to subrogation and salvage, as well as total loss situations.

• Ensure adherence to specific state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures.

• Communicate with all parties involved and negotiate suitable settlements with claimants, insured individuals, and attorneys within the approved payment authority.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims guidelines, best practices, and process enhancements.

• Supervise and direct external investigative service providers while collaborating closely with clients, client counsel, and investigative services to resolve claims.

• Participate in learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of personal lines claims, court rulings affecting the claims process, current guidelines in claims handling, and policy modifications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (not a barrier to applying if you meet all other qualifications).

• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available; otherwise, a Designated Home State (DHS) license.

• At least 3 years of focused experience in transportation claims adjusting, ideally including:

• - First party-comp and collision

• - Third-Party PD

• - Total loss adjustment

• Willing to obtain all necessary licenses within 60 days, including completing state-required testing.

• Familiarity with state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures.

• Commercial experience is preferred.

• Capability to analyze and assess complex data and make informed decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Inquisitive and driven by problem-solving and challenging the status quo.

• Eagerness to engage in learning opportunities and pursue continuous professional development.

• Readiness to travel for client and claims requirements.
