Specialist, Blue Yonder Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Dispatcher operations

• Maintain a high standard of customer service skills and operational knowledge

• Work in collaboration with various teams throughout the organization

• Offer technical expertise in Blue Yonder configurations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in 3PL from both a systems and operational viewpoint.

• Significant experience with BY Dispatcher, focusing on technical configurations across multiple versions

• Proven track record in IT project management, including implementations and development programs

• Familiarity with WMS systems utilized in Logistics

• Understanding of change and release processes applied to IT products

• Knowledge of software testing and QA processes, including their application and deployment

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
