This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, utilizing both remote and on-site methods.
• Create and update training materials, such as user manuals, tutorials, and interactive workshops, customized for various teams and roles.
• Offer continuous support following the go-live phase, aiding users with navigation and troubleshooting within Dynamics CRM and Field Service.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they achieve proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from their first day.
• Work in collaboration with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to synchronize training with deployment timelines and procedures, while collecting feedback to improve training programs.
• Participate in functional testing of new features and updates, sharing feedback with IT regarding usability and process enhancements.
• Openness to travel frequently across the United States (~50-75% of the time).
• Demonstrated experience in delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid experience in crafting training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and workshop activities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of transforming complex system functionalities into straightforward instructions.
• Practical experience in user support, troubleshooting, and providing hyper-care following the go-live phase.
• Proven ability in conducting system functional testing and documenting findings.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50-75% of the time).
• A proactive problem-solving approach focused on user experience and operational efficiency.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple training initiatives independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in training positions related to CRM and Field Service applications, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise systems.
• Previous experience in supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) or functional system testing is a plus.
