📋 Description

• The AI Enablement & Adoption Manager assists clients in comprehending, embracing, and deriving value from AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related domain.

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated sector.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities, with a track record of leading sessions for executives, business stakeholders, and end users.

• Capability to influence and engage skeptical audiences, fostering enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative work methods.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI projects.

• Ability to convert technical concepts into actionable insights for business users.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools and a solid understanding of the impact of AI on business processes and operational methods.

• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.

• Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or similar certifications are advantageous.
