This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with GDO, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, create, and implement effective support materials for systems under the ownership of DSDS.
• Work alongside the Business System Owner (BSO) for the system portfolio to identify and comprehend system capabilities in order to produce user-friendly materials.
• Assist the clinical systems BSO and change management functions by participating in process development, training initiatives, and change management efforts.
• Create user-facing materials for the systems that align with GDO/R&D business and strategic objectives.
• Support the Business System Owner in enhancing overall clinical system user adoption through material development, change management, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Manager(s) for clinical systems to ensure a clear understanding of upcoming system capabilities.
• Work closely with system owners and stakeholders to address issues promptly and accurately.
• Actively represent the end user's experience to the BSO to highlight any system challenges that may hinder successful adoption.
• Responsible for promoting education and awareness of available support resources for end users.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an international equivalent is preferred; an advanced degree is also desirable.
• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• More than 3 years of experience in the life sciences is preferred, particularly in clinical trial management/operations.
• Familiarity with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, regulatory reporting, or vendor management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in training, teaching, and presenting, with strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience working in a matrixed environment and managing complex issues/situations with vendors to achieve business objectives.
• Capability to navigate complex challenges with a solution-focused approach.
• Experience in communicating and presenting to cross-functional audiences.
• Demonstrated success in developing engagement strategies with end users to ensure robust adoption and utilization of capabilities.
