Clinical Adoption Specialist III – Microbiology Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement S&P’s InTegrity framework

• Execute programs that promote the adoption of innovative technologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively align technology with desired business results

• Facilitate the adoption of new or modified EHR and related systems

• Document organizational change management aspects, ensuring the mitigation of change impacts

• Utilize the stop-start-continue methodology to improve the adoption of new roles and workflows resulting from the Oracle Health Millennium implementation

• Contribute to program events and deliverables

• Use solution expertise to engage and advise Oracle Health and our clients to guarantee a successful implementation

• Oversee and complete the development of testing scenarios that correspond with client-approved workflows and design

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) – particularly in Microbiology build, design, integration, and workflows

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required

• A bachelor’s degree is required (or 12+ years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust

• Capable of adjusting the communication of complex technical issues for various proficiency levels, positively influencing mutually beneficial decisions, and fostering successful working relationships

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment and alter approaches or methods to successfully lead change, performing well under pressure

• Exhibits strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fulfilling customer service commitments and project timelines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
