Special Projects Manager – Innovation, Delivery

📋 Description

• Oversee Daily Operations: Assist in high-priority projects by translating strategic objectives into detailed work plans, timelines, decisions, and follow-ups.

• Manage Key Workstreams: Take ownership of specific segments of significant cross-functional projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved, dependencies are addressed, and progress remains transparent.

• Establish Operational Clarity: Develop trackers, meeting schedules, project documentation, and communication practices that facilitate effective team execution.

• Aid in Structured Problem Solving: Deconstruct complex issues, synthesize information, and help convert high-level objectives into actionable next steps.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with various functions and stakeholders to identify risks early, resolve obstacles, and ensure projects remain aligned.

• Leverage AI & Emerging Technologies: Utilize AI-driven tools and other technologies to enhance execution speed, quality, and efficiency across your work.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations within a high-performance, analytically rigorous setting.

• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a broader perspective.

• You can effectively translate direction into action and are comfortable driving execution in ambiguous, cross-functional settings.

• You are an adept written and verbal communicator, able to synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

• You thrive on tackling challenging problems and assisting teams in progressing, even when the path is not clearly defined.

• You exercise sound judgment regarding when to act independently and when to escalate issues.

• You aspire to build as an operator by closely collaborating with leaders on significant company priorities.
