This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and oversee high-priority strategic initiatives directly for the Chief of Staff.
β’ Identify, shape, and build a compelling case for new business opportunities.
β’ Proactively monitor the market for growth opportunities that align with Voyager's defense and space strategy.
β’ Qualify and prioritize leads across new programs, partnerships, and adjacent markets.
β’ Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions at the CEO and board levels.
β’ Collaborate across finance, strategy, business development, legal, communications, and operations to advance opportunities.
β’ Act as an analytical resource for the CEO's office.
β’ Construct and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, market sizing, and business cases.
β’ Prepare investment memos, scenario analyses, and return frameworks for review by the CEO and board.
β’ Synthesize complex financial, operational, and market data into concise executive-level recommendations.
β’ Assist with capital markets activities, including the preparation of materials for investors and financing discussions.
β’ Engage with stalled initiatives, clarify ownership, and devise execution plans.
β’ Translate CEO priorities into cross-functional actions while fostering trust and maintaining working relationships across the organization.
β’ Help teams overcome obstacles β diagnose root causes and propose a clear path forward.
β’ Represent the Office of the CEO in cross-functional forums with credibility and discretion.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
β’ 7-10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity, or a rapidly growing defense or technology company.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling β capable of independently building and auditing complex Excel-based models.
β’ Strong analytical writing skills β able to translate quantitative analysis into clear executive recommendations.
β’ Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
β’ US Person status required (access to export-controlled information and facilities).
