Special Order Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist customers and sales representatives by offering product suggestions, generating quotes, and processing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary items beyond standard offerings.

• Investigate solutions, source products, and negotiate pricing to satisfy distinct customer requirements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee smooth fulfillment and billing processes.

• Address and resolve issues for clients and suppliers as they occur.

• Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives for processes and service delivery.

• Represent Staples at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to foster business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant work experience.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Preferred).

• Experience in the industry with ESP or SAGE (Preferred).

• Skills in merchandising or purchasing for promotional products (Preferred).
