• Act as a representative for Brasseler USA, showcasing its extensive selection of high-quality dental instrumentation products.
• Achieve sales goals, gross profit objectives, and develop additional opportunities with DSO clients.
• Collaborate closely with Regional and District Managers to identify new avenues for enhancing sales and profitability.
• Conduct research, prospect for, and establish connections with potential corporate partners within the DSO sector.
• Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals for corporate decision-makers.
• Optimize product segment profitability across all major categories through sales, marketing, and educational efforts aimed at preferred DSO partners.
• Oversee travel, expenses, and related administrative tasks within budget.
• Generate weekly, quarterly, and annual sales reports while conducting in-depth business reviews with key DSO accounts.
• Participate in industry meetings, trade shows, and annual customer events.
• Preferably possess territory sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Be a self-driven team player with a demonstrated history of surpassing ambitious individual and team sales targets.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with large corporate accounts and their personnel at all levels.
• Capable of fostering robust working relationships and maintaining effective communication across various levels of Brasseler and Henry Schein clients/employees.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Possess a solutions-oriented mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and outstanding oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience with Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, or a comparable customer data management system.
