This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Alleviate the operational burden for property owners by overseeing the daily management of rental property activities.

• Organize property listings, tenant communications, rent monitoring, maintenance, and lease management.

• Ensure that workflows are sustained without the need for constant guidance.

• Handle multiple active properties and communication channels while keeping thorough records.

• Perform rental market analyses and prepare pricing summaries for property owner evaluation.

• Generate and maintain precise property listings across various platforms.

• Track listing performance and pinpoint underperforming properties.

• Address tenant inquiries and coordinate property showing schedules.

• Evaluate tenant applications and manage background check processes.

• Oversee move-in coordination and onboarding timelines.

• Supervise rent collection and payment tracking, along with maintenance requests.

• Facilitate lease renewals and conduct move-out inspections.

• Keep organized records of communications across multiple platforms.

• Coordinate utility setups and monitor account statuses during tenant transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish communication, both verbal and written.

• Previous hands-on experience in property management operations.

• Proven experience in direct tenant communication.

• Background in coordinating vendors, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring operational follow-through.

• Familiarity with navigating multiple platforms concurrently without losing task visibility.

• Capable of managing deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation autonomously.

• Excellent written communication skills with prompt response times.

• High degree of attention to operational details and record accuracy.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment that aligns with US hours.

• Ability to function effectively without daily step-by-step supervision.

• Must proactively escalate issues rather than waiting for ownership to identify problems.

• Should be at ease managing repetitive operational tasks consistently without a decline in quality.

• Candidates lacking direct experience in property management operations will not be considered.
