• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

• Experience with payroll processing for U.S.-based companies is a plus.
