📋 Description

• Deliver precise consecutive interpretation primarily in healthcare environments

• Enable essential communication in social services and financial scenarios

• Work remotely to interpret in real-time situations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation

• At least C1 fluency in English

• Certification of medical interpreter knowledge obtained within the last 12 months (accepted certifications: ALTA: Minimum score of 9 required; LanguageStat (PICSI): Passing score of 75–80% required)

• Complete command of medical and customer service terminology

• Must currently possess, or be willing to acquire, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications

• Willingness to successfully undergo a standard background check via email

• A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is essential (Wi-Fi is strictly not allowed)

• A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset is required

• Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM

• The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge is necessary

• A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment is mandatory
