Spanish Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide lessons that align with Berlitz teaching methodologies, concentrating on the objectives, requirements, and interests of students.

• Administer level assessments and needs analyses as designated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

• Engage with both private and group learners at the Learning Center, at designated offsite locations, or virtually, as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager.

• Regularly meet with the Academic Specialist to engage in lesson evaluations and develop coaching plans that enhance teaching abilities and ensure SMART goals are achieved.

• Complete training and professional development modules available on the @Berlitz Learning website and/or through face-to-face live sessions, as assigned by the Academic Specialist.

• Responsible for maintaining accurate student pedagogical and attendance records.

• Incorporate learning technologies into educational programs and uphold shared teaching resource materials.

• Execute tasks as deemed necessary for effective operations, as delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US.

• Possess a four-year college/university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Fluent in the language(s) to be taught.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exhibit flexibility in working hours.

• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

• Available during daytime hours.
