Spanish Bilingual Sourcing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with newly established roles, ongoing assigned positions, and those needing renewed sourcing assistance.

• Foster and nurture relationships with prospective candidates while highlighting BruntWork's career offerings across multiple sourcing platforms.

• Analyze job requirements to pinpoint appropriate candidate profiles and craft compelling job advertisements.

• Partner with Job Owners, Recruitment Operations, and various stakeholders to address hiring necessities.

• Generate qualified candidates and sustain active, robust pipelines for assigned roles.

• Maintain updated candidate records and sourcing activities within internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.

• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

• Experience sourcing candidates across various industries, functions, or job types.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple job openings and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to learn new roles, industries, and sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with recruitment metrics or talent analytics is a plus.

• Dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with social media livestreams is highly preferred.
