This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist customers who speak both English and Spanish by providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication through warm inbound leads and email interactions.
• Effortlessly switch between English and Spanish while ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining strong sales performance.
• Establish genuine trust and rapport with pet owners by employing a consultative approach to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions.
• Inform potential customers about the value and advantages of Trupanion coverage to enable informed decision-making.
• Skillfully guide conversations using effective call control, active listening, and objection-handling techniques throughout the sales process.
• Navigate customer concerns and sensitive discussions with empathy, authenticity, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Assist customers through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth, positive, and supportive customer experience.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls while balancing customer satisfaction, efficiency, productivity, and personal sales goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability while managing changing responsibilities, processes, and workflows.
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience.
• Effectively prioritize and manage time while maintaining strong attention to detail and productivity in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Accurately record customer interactions and keep detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Show strong technological proficiency in a remote environment, including the capability to independently troubleshoot common technical issues and adapt to new tools or system updates.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication, is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-consumer sales or inbound call center environment is essential.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing individual sales goals, productivity expectations, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build genuine rapport, overcome objections, and effectively guide customers through the sales process using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate customers clearly, authentically, and effectively about coverage options and benefits.
• Experience managing high-volume inbound customer interactions while balancing empathy, professionalism, efficiency, productivity, and effective call control.
• Proven sense of ownership, adaptability, and resilience while succeeding in a metrics-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously while accurately documenting customer interactions and policy information in CRM systems.
• Strong capability to identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build trust through empathetic and customer-focused communication.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain productivity and focus in a remote work environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort with using technology independently in a remote setting.
• Experience working remotely in a private space with a reliable hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is a plus.
