This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receives incoming calls from members
• Utilizes tools and resources to effectively address member inquiries
• Upholds a high standard of service for members and achieves performance goals
• Maintains composure and displays a calm, professional demeanor while adapting to challenging situations
• Fosters and sustains productive working relationships with team members
• Advocates and upholds a positive, professional image of Velera's Call Centers
• Engages in product and procedure training through classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and reviews all available manuals and resources to enhance product knowledge
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Additional post-secondary education is preferred
