This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Support our customers who speak both Spanish and English.
β’ Handle incoming customer calls.
β’ Promote products and boost sales while managing a high volume of calls.
β’ Suggest additional products during each customer interaction.
β’ Process refunds, accept payments, place orders, and review account information.
β’ Report to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.
