Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Support our customers who speak both Spanish and English.

• Handle incoming customer calls.

• Promote products and boost sales while managing a high volume of calls.

• Suggest additional products during each customer interaction.

• Process refunds, accept payments, place orders, and review account information.

• Report to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.

• At least 12 months of customer service experience.

• Maintain a distraction-free workspace at home.

• Learn and operate effectively in a virtual setting.

• Communicate using various styles and methods.

• Manage multiple systems and screens efficiently.

• Adhere to HSN computer system specifications.

• Resolve technical issues independently (collaborate with IT when necessary).

• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
