This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute a range of administrative tasks within the Collections Department.
• Gain familiarity with various company processes, encompassing both first- and third-party collections, client and company requirements, along with Federal and State collection regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Collections Management and follow their guidance.
• Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies.
• Dispatch itemized statements to debtors.
• Support Third Party Account Managers with administrative responsibilities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• May contribute to special projects.
• Provide feedback on errors and inconsistencies.
• Will receive training on collections software and vendor systems.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An associate degree or completion of post-high school courses is preferred.
• Prior administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook and Excel, is required.
• Strong typing abilities are necessary.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proper grammar and phone etiquette are essential.
• Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Should be adaptable to change in a positive manner.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
