This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Provide reliable and high-quality assistance to individuals contacting the National Sexual Assault Hotline.
β’ Handle incoming crisis-intervention phone calls and online chat inquiries.
β’ Offer prompt and accurate support to users of the NSAH.
β’ Stay informed and comply with RAINN's and NSAH's policies and procedures.
β’ Oversee incoming crisis-intervention calls and chat sessions.
β’ Support semi-annual audits of resource databases through call reviews.
β’ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
β’ Fluency in Spanish may be necessary for specific positions.
β’ Must successfully complete a typing assessment with a minimum score of 35 WPM.
β’ A minimum of one (1) year of experience in social services, customer service, or a related field that involves direct client support or crisis intervention is required.
β’ Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) is essential.
β’ Should be comfortable discussing topics related to sexual violence.
β’ Must be adept at using instant messaging platforms and managing phone communication.
