This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Location: You reside in a European country (outside of Germany) and have a registered business with a VAT ID.
• Customer service experience: You have previously worked as an agent or in a similar position.
• Language skills: You speak and write German at the C1 or C2 level – clearly, accurately, and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication: A friendly demeanor, solution-focused work style, and confident expression in both spoken and written forms.
• Basic technical knowledge: You are proficient in using common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
• Freelancer status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
