This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist our customers through Intercom in a friendly, written manner, focusing on solutions.

• Record inquiries in Linear and collaborate closely with our product and development teams.

• Evaluate new features and play an active role in enhancing our knowledge base and AI functionalities.

• Relay customer support feedback to facilitate improvements in FunnelCockpit.

• Bring forth your own ideas and work independently.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service, preferably within a digital landscape (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, IT support).

• Proficient in both German and English — English is necessary for communication with our international development team.

• Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working autonomously from a home office.
