This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service experiences
• Oversee customer accounts and offer technical support
• Perform data entry for applications
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies
• Utilize creative problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Extensive self-study, training, and testing are necessary; advancement through training and certifications is contingent upon passing required examinations
• Follow regulated guidelines for communications across all channels
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days
• Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period
• Must commit to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period
• A minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an Ethernet cable or fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellite connections
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
