Spain and Portugal Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Create and execute marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies driven by data insights, closely collaborating with both global and local marketing teams as well as data analytics teams.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders to facilitate project success.

• Actively identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends, establishing infrastructure that alerts business leaders to emerging trends and patterns.

• Employ strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights that guide marketing strategies.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle) to enhance campaign performance.

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, MMPs, and social listening platforms to assess and analyze marketing effectiveness.

• Convert data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives and business decisions.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior team members, when applicable, to ensure high performance and alignment.
