Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Actively identify and connect with candidates utilizing Workable and other sourcing platforms to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Perform initial outreach, conduct pre-screening discussions, and review resumes to evaluate candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications.

• Ensure candidate profiles and pipelines are accurately maintained and organized within the ATS.

• Gather and manage candidate requirements, including introductory videos, portfolios, assessments, and other supporting documents.

• Organize and monitor candidate assessments to ensure timely processing.

• Collaborate with recruiters to assist candidates during the initial phases of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an outsourcing or offshore staffing setting.

• Familiarity with an IT service-based business; experience in the Microsoft industry is advantageous.

• Practical experience with ATS tools, with a preference for Workable.

• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is essential.

• Capability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks concurrently.

• Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation techniques.

• Proficient in reviewing resumes and evaluating candidate alignment with role requirements.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
