This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will attract, screen, and submit candidates for both current and future needs.
• You will achieve required metrics that encompass outreach goals, screenings, interviews, and hires.
• You will effectively collaborate with Recruiting Teams to identify and draw in talent demands.
• You will manage candidate statuses and notes within the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• You will establish and sustain a robust pipeline of diverse candidates.
• You will monitor and assess the candidate pipeline to ensure it meets the needs of open positions.
• You will employ market-driven strategies to research, engage, and pre-qualify passive candidates.
• You will appropriately utilize recruitment systems with an emphasis on data integrity to guarantee accurate reporting and adherence to data protection regulations.
• You will interact promptly with internal or external client stakeholders to grasp specific sourcing requirements.
• You will develop and maintain data mining strategies using advanced search techniques.
• You will keep track of candidate activity related to specific sourcing initiatives and regularly communicate updates with stakeholders and recruiters.
• You will take charge of ad hoc projects to support the recruiting organization.
• A minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience, ideally within the construction management or capital projects sector.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously, coordinating initial screenings while providing consistent feedback to ensure the best overall candidate experience.
