Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate contract terms to ensure alignment with company policies and initiate cost optimization strategies.

• Verify payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal regulations.

• Manage and facilitate the competitive bidding process.

• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Miratech’s strategic vendors.

• Establish a procurement competence center to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.

• Support ongoing enhancements in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

• Execute additional tasks as needed, consistent with the objectives of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance, and procurement operations, or similar roles involving contract management and internal procedures.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail when examining contracts, payments, and associated documentation.

• Results-driven and confident, with a diplomatic communication style when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in multinational and cross-border settings is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
