Sourcing Manager – Mobilier Compressé, Déco Optimisée

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Sourcing and development of products that challenge the norms of traditional bulky furniture.

• Identification of manufacturers specializing in deconstructed or hybrid structures.

• Search for decorative items and small furniture whose design allows for ultra-flat or stackable packaging.

• Collaboration with factories on foam density, structural durability, and ease of assembly.

• Selection of reliable industrial partners, negotiation of production costs, and strict oversight of testing procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong network of contacts within furniture factories (Europe/International).

• Expertise in materials (HR foams, wood/metal structures, resins) and assembly techniques.

• Consideration of 'transported volume' from the design phase.

• Ability to discover products that do not resemble conventional 'flat-pack furniture' but rather true design pieces.
