Sourcing Manager – Corporate & Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive sourcing strategy and execution for CPS sub-categories.

• Create and implement category strategies that are aligned with the organization's objectives.

• Establish and nurture strategic supplier partnerships while managing their performance.

• Promote commercial excellence through organized negotiations.

• Actively evaluate risks and opportunities within the supply chain.

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing.

• Extensive knowledge in sourcing professional services, with a strong preference for Consulting and Contingent Workforce Management categories.

• Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of how procurement contributes to financial value.

• Demonstrated capability to lead complex negotiations and supplier collaborations.

• An inquisitive mindset towards digital solutions, market trends, and innovative sourcing models.

• High organizational agility and proficient stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in environments focused on transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
