Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Project Delivery Services (PDS).

• Responsible for implementing PDS & IFM strategic sourcing by formulating innovative methods to achieve the optimal total cost of ownership across the Clients’ project portfolio.

• Improve the PDS strategic sourcing organization and its delivery by collaborating with corporate sourcing and project management teams.

• Utilize category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to establish strategy and drive outcomes.

• Promote the preferred supplier program within PDS to showcase the value of our scale and supplier partnerships.

• Manage and execute RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes concerning subcontracted goods and services.

• Be proactive in managing internal and external customer expectations.

• Ensure adherence to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Proven track record and extensive experience within the construction management sector.

• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.

• Familiarity with supply base and/or sourcing practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus.

• Proficient PC skills, with a strong command of MS Office applications.
