• Create and implement sourcing strategies for Facility Management Services.

• Evaluate annual sourcing initiatives and service commodity plans.

• Perform market and expenditure analysis programs aimed at cost reduction.

• Oversee the reporting of outcomes and opportunities to stakeholders.
