This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Oversee the enterprise Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program and manage procurement activities for goods and services of moderate to high complexity.
• Assist business units throughout the organization, focusing primarily on IT-related acquisitions.
• Ensure effective supplier management, maintain data integrity, and adhere to procurement policies.
• Convert business needs into sourcing solutions, negotiate pricing, address risks, and deliver optimal value.
• Administer the enterprise P-Card program, including overseeing application approvals, setting credit limits, conducting audits, managing disputes, and maintaining accounts.
• Offer training and assistance to cardholders and managers.
• Review and process purchase requisitions and change orders.
• Conduct sourcing activities, mainly for IT-related goods and services.
• Issue requests for quotes (RFQs) and assess supplier responses.
• Lead the onboarding, validation, and approval processes for suppliers.
• Ensure the accuracy of supplier profiles and payment details within Coupa.
• Manage transactional supplier relationships and perform reviews.
• Address supplier-related issues such as pricing discrepancies and match exceptions.
• Support and oversee contract lifecycle activities, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a Purchasing Card program.
• A minimum of 3 years of category experience in IT, professional services, or corporate spending.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Experience with Copilot or AI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage team members.
• Knowledge of procurement, P2P, and supplier management processes.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, P-Card platforms).
