Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with both existing and potential suppliers on behalf of the Client.

• Leading all communications with current and prospective suppliers through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings on behalf of the Client.

• Overseeing and managing the Client's sourcing team.

• Providing support to the client on commercial pricing and offer lists.

• Representing the Client at various industry trade shows and events.

• Taking the overall lead in the Green Coffee sourcing process for the Client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Previous experience in the coffee industry or with agricultural commodities is preferred.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• A self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working across various time zones and cultural contexts.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas.

• Access to a laptop/computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Must reside in Colombia.
