This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Transfer specific activities such as initiating workflows, legal checklists, P2P (Procure-to-Pay), technical reviews of suppliers, supplier transitions, SPMC, TLC analysis, etc.
• RFQ (Request for Quotation): data collection and package creation.
• Develop and execute business cases.
• Support the PIP (Process Improvement Plan) between the materials team and suppliers.
• Contact, select, and follow up with suppliers.
• Strategic alignment with cross-functional business partners.
• Analyze cost structures, tariff impacts, total landing costs and savings, as well as supplier capabilities to support decision-making.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and reports in collaboration with the PMO (Project Management Office).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and internal sourcing requirements.
• Experience with systems and tools: Oracle, MWS, Smartsheet, BI, Spotfire.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sourcing.
• Experience in data management, Excel, and Power BI.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Project management skills, particularly in tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to calculate and clearly communicate total landing costs and the impact of savings/transfers.
