
Sourcing and Recruiting Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of our recruiting strategy across all teams.
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
• Create and sustain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
• Execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies for challenging positions.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, ensuring transparency regarding pipeline health and performance.
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
• Advocate for the candidate experience, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility in the technical talent market.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong history of performance in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Expertise in developing and refining recruiting pipelines and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives and hiring managers.
• Proficient in ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.
• Highly analytical with a tendency towards action and iteration.
• Comfortable navigating an environment with shifting priorities and uncertainty.
