This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and the business to establish a diverse candidate pipeline.

• Partner with recruiters to define and maintain hiring requirements while grasping the nuances of the roles, associated challenges, and their alignment within the organization.

• Identify potential candidates through comprehensive research utilizing various sourcing platforms and strategies, including job boards, social media, technical schools, military recruitment, and grassroots efforts.

• Develop, sustain, and monitor strategic partnerships with external groups and organizations.

• Implement tactical outreach, design personalized outreach messages, and evaluate prospective candidates.

• Assess and qualify the active candidate pipeline.

• Collaborate with schedulers and recruiters to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of technical sourcing experience.

• Skilled in direct sourcing through social media and various recruiting strategies and tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Advanced internet search and networking capabilities.

• Self-driven with effective time management and organizational skills.
