This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist students in developing rush strategies and selecting chapters.

• Perform resume evaluations and prepare students for interviews and discussions.

• Aid students in reviewing their social media profiles to ensure their online presence aligns with their objectives.

• Organize letters of recommendation.

• Mentor students on presentation skills and etiquette throughout the recruitment process.

• Personal experience with Greek life recruitment.

• Previous advising or coaching background.

• A clear and structured method for guiding students through the recruitment process with assurance.
