Solutions Sales Representative – Ohio Valley

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Focus primarily on sales of offset inks.

• Provide support for sales of water-based and UV flexographic inks.

• Promote the company’s products and services by concentrating on strategic existing accounts while cultivating new prospects.

• Facilitate customer orders and manage customer inventories.

• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Act as a representative for the customer in engagements with administrative, technical, and production departments.

• Identify target accounts and report on competitive activities.

• Organize the sales territory to efficiently reach current and potential customers.

• Secure and renew customer orders.

• Ensure delivery dates and other related aspects are accurate during the selling process.

• Coordinate efforts for major or national accounts.

• Build and uphold customer satisfaction.

• Suggest improvements for products, packaging, shipping methods, services, or billing processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Have the ability and willingness to travel as needed.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.

• Exhibit effective communication skills with both peers and customers.

• Show proficiency in written, reading comprehension, and verbal communication skills.

• Have strong math skills to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• A Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs is a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in the ink industry is preferred.

• Experience in commercial printing is an added advantage.
