This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Workflow Management by Segment β Proactively identify breakdowns in technical workflows and design programs to address them. Prevent methodology drift as each team develops unique segment-specific approaches. Serve as the central reference point for product launches to ensure technical deployments remain consistent across segments while honoring segment-specific processes.
β’ Role Utilization β Monitor and report on stage conversion rates, cycle duration, resource utilization, and technical qualification accuracy for each segment. Highlight utilization indicators that inform staffing, ramp-up, and resource allocation strategies.
β’ Cross-segment Resource Development β Improve centralized resources such as project plan templates, demo catalogs, technical proof points, and shared playbooks. Identify segment victories that should be standardized across all teams. Maintain precise documentation and database systems to ensure reliable insights and solution development.
β’ AI & Automation Maintenance β At Fundraise Up, AI is an integral tool rather than an experimental one. We expect all team members to incorporate AI into their daily tasks, recognize areas where AI can reshape challenges in their roles, and enhance their proficiency as tools evolve. You should already be utilizing AI effectively in your work and understand its value and potential to enhance your operations. You will oversee AI and automation systems that empower Solutions Consultants and Solutions Engineers to be more productive. Ensure that agentic approaches remain dependable and that updates do not hinder deal progression. Refine agent quality, manage the introduction of new capabilities, and evaluate productivity outcomes.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy, preferably within a SaaS Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success context.
β’ A proven history of managing cross-functional programs from start to finish β achieving results, not merely coordinating activities.
β’ Strong instincts for process design, with the ability to identify where workflows fail and create systems that resolve those issues.
β’ Proficiency in operational analytics β comfortable with productivity metrics (stage conversion, cycle length, utilization, qualification accuracy) and reporting schedules. SQL expertise and familiarity with a BI tool (such as Looker, Tableau, or similar).
β’ Demonstrated competence with AI and automation tools, along with a clear perspective on maintaining agent quality and assessing productivity ROI.
β’ Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data and program updates into clear, engaging narratives for audiences ranging from individual contributors to segment Directors.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly across teams and ensure new programs and changes are positively received.
β’ Outstanding project management abilities, with the capacity to create structure in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
β’ A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.
β’ Experience in change management, ideally guiding an organization through a significant operational transition.
β’ Proven success in navigating the uncertainties of high-growth startup environments.
β’ Desired domain knowledge or experience within the Nonprofit sector.
