• Analyze and map frameworks for contract prioritization to identify corresponding solutions that enhance performance outcomes and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop systematic methodologies to align high-priority contracts with the most effective solution delivery models.
• Monitor and modify solution assignments based on contract performance metrics and strategic priorities.
• Create and uphold documentation and workflows that map solutions to contracts.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Patient & Practice Solutions portfolio to uncover optimization opportunities, gaps, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive view of all solution offerings, inclusive of performance metrics.
• Prepare executive summaries on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as the operational link between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams.
• Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure that solution implementations are in line with available resources and operational capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to facilitate seamless solution delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management.
• Proven experience in matrix organizations that involve complex stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of documenting and maintaining SOPs/processes and clearly conveying data outputs to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
