
Solutions Marketing Manager – Flow Cytometry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and growth initiatives for the Flow Cytometry portfolio.
• Create messaging and value propositions that are rooted in authentic scientific workflows, customer challenges, and buyer needs.
• Define target segments, buyer personas, key use cases, and growth opportunities for both sales-led and product-led strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial GTM teams to craft sales plays, product narratives, and market-facing messaging.
• Support product launches, campaign executions, and growth initiatives across the portfolio.
• Ensure that positioning aligns with both enterprise/sales-led opportunities and low-friction product-led acquisition channels.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, webinars, content, paid media, and events/tradeshows.
• Enhance inbound demand through SEO, website optimization, campaign strategies, content programs, paid digital efforts, and conversion-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with demand generation and marketing operations teams to refine campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contributions, and revenue impact.
• Own the campaign strategy and execution aligned with growth objectives for both PLG and SLG approaches.
• Monitor and enhance conversion metrics throughout the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and engagement to trials, purchases, leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Support product-led growth initiatives like free trials, online purchasing, self-service conversion paths, and customer onboarding programs.
• Develop programs that help users quickly understand product value and transition from trial to adoption, purchase, expansion, or sales engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey via automation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and targeted communications.
• Support strategies aimed at growing new user bases, increasing product adoption, and driving revenue through online and self-service channels.
• Create engaging scientific and commercial content, including webinars, blogs, customer stories, presentations, campaign assets, nurture content, and event materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, distinct value propositions for scientific audiences.
• Support thought leadership initiatives and engage with the scientific community.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external customers to highlight success stories, use cases, and industry relevance.
• Produce collateral that facilitates sales discussions, campaign execution, events, and customer education.
• Assist in the development of website strategy, SEO, conversion optimization, and inbound marketing initiatives.
• Utilize marketing automation, segmentation, nurture programs, and lifecycle communications to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Help manage and optimize the marketing database for the Flow Cytometry portfolio, including audience segmentation, data quality, campaign targeting, and list growth.
• Investigate and implement AI tools and modern marketing workflows to expedite execution, enhance personalization, and scale impact.
• Support tradeshows, scientific conferences, webinars, and field marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
• Develop event messaging, booth support materials, presentations, and campaign assets that align with portfolio growth objectives.
• 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry, cytometry software, or a related life sciences/scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing measurable marketing campaigns that generate leads, trials, pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Ability to convert technical and scientific concepts into persuasive customer-facing messaging.
• Experience collaborating across departments with Product, Sales, Scientific SMEs, Marketing Operations, and Demand Generation teams.
• Knowledge of modern digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with PLG programs such as free trials, online purchasing, onboarding journeys, lifecycle marketing, and self-service conversions.
• Experience in performance marketing channels including paid digital, SEO, email automation, webinar programs, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing or supporting marketing databases, including segmentation, list growth, and campaign targeting.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Experience in supporting conferences, scientific events, tradeshows, and field marketing programs.
• Proven ability to create collateral and content that supports both marketing campaigns and sales discussions.
