This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp business reporting requirements

• Recommend existing tools or design and create tailored reports

• Present report designs to software developers and oversee the solution development process

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify adherence to specifications

• Transition tested solutions into production for implementation

• Diagnose issues and provide solutions post-implementation

• Act as a liaison between end users, development teams, and IT throughout all stages of solution development

• Draft business requirements and technical specifications documentation

• Identify, validate, and translate business needs into system and data requirements

• Establish, facilitate, and manage project schedules for solution implementation

• Offer train-the-trainer support for support teams

• Maintain and update the tracking database

• Experience in the business travel industry is essential

• Technologically savvy, with a strong understanding of data-flow relationships, reporting capabilities, and data visualization options

• Strong collaborative skills to engage with all levels of management and achieve results

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities and projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and SSRS is advantageous but not mandatory

• Basic knowledge of DecisionSource is beneficial, though training can be provided

• Project management experience is preferred
