Solutions Manager – AI Adoption

📋 Description

• Spearhead the corporate AI strategy for employees, ensuring effective implementation of that vision while maintaining ongoing, seamless collaboration with technology and HR leaders to align expectations and mobilize necessary resources for successful outcomes.

• Oversee the management of the portfolio of AI solutions for employees, ensuring an ecosystem that facilitates decentralized AI usage and analytically assessing investment decisions.

• Foster cultural transformation in partnership with the People team through data-driven adoption strategies that extend beyond technical training.

• Actively engage in AI governance forums alongside the Information Security and Data Privacy teams.

• Proactively cultivate relationships with key vendors, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboratively developing the roadmap to support the transformation.

• Create an environment conducive to the growth of high-performance talent; responsible for performance management, ensuring agile daily execution, and implementing routines that promote team autonomy and accountability.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Demonstrated experience in leading products, projects, or initiatives related to innovation and digital transformation.

• Strong strategic and business insight, capable of linking technology to operational and financial outcomes.

• Ability to forge relationships and build alliances with an executive profile, adeptly navigating various areas and organizational levels.

• Strong analytical skills for monitoring adoption, performance, and platform cost-management metrics.

• Enthusiasm for innovation and ongoing exploration of market trends in Artificial Intelligence and productivity.
