Solutions Lead, Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for intricate MES/MOM and digital manufacturing implementations.

• Oversee software development initiatives related to MES/MOM implementations.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Perform code reviews and verify compliance with SDLC best practices.

• Design and customize MES solutions (Opcenter/Camstar).

• Develop interfaces (CIO / Camstar Interoperability / integration services).

• Aid in the preparation and execution of system integration and acceptance testing.

• Offer insights on factory modeling best practices (hierarchies, CVEs, object modeling).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience).

• 10–15 years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.

• 7–10 years of experience leading development/customization in MES systems.

• 5–7 years of involvement in large, complex manufacturing system projects.

• 5–7 years in consultative, client-facing roles.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Web Services.
