Solutions Lead, Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance across intricate MES/MOM and digital manufacturing projects.

• Spearhead development strategies, ensure high code quality, and mentor development personnel.

• Deliver scalable and high-quality solutions tailored for clients.

• Conduct code evaluations and verify compliance with SDLC best practices.

• Collect and validate comprehensive development requirements.

• Influence technical direction at the executive stakeholder level.

• Mentor and assist developers throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience).

• 10–15 years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.

• 7–10 years of experience in leading development/customization of MES systems.

• 5–7 years of experience in managing large, complex manufacturing system projects.

• 5–7 years of experience in consultative client-facing positions.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Web Services.
