📋 Description

• The Solutions Lead for Development is tasked with delivering technical guidance across intricate MES/MOM and digital manufacturing projects.

• This position spearheads the development strategy, guarantees code quality, mentors development personnel, and collaborates cross-functionally to provide scalable, high-quality solutions for clients.

• Perform code reviews and confirm compliance with SDLC best practices.

• Implement upgrades and enhancements to current client environments.

• Collect and verify detailed development requirements while assisting consulting and training teams during engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience).

• 10–15 years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.

• 7–10 years of experience leading development/customization in MES systems.

• 5–7 years of involvement in large, complex manufacturing system projects.

• 5–7 years in consultative, client-facing positions.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Web Services.
