Solutions Engineer, SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist sales teams by addressing customer inquiries and providing learning resources.

• Help customers navigate compliance requirements, security questionnaires, and vendor registration processes.

• Develop video content and knowledge-base materials for customers and go-to-market teams.

• Conduct customer office hours, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.

• Share in-depth product knowledge and showcase features of 1Password to self-service and SMB clients.

• Train customers and 1Password team members effectively.

• Address vendor inquiries, security questionnaires, and legal requests promptly.

• Create and oversee go-to-market knowledge-base content.

• Produce video resources for both internal and customer use.

• Act as a reliable go-to-market resource for queries related to 1Password.

• Collaborate with the team to develop educational materials regarding the use of 1Password.

• Enhance user adoption, minimize friction, and foster a better understanding of 1Password.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.

• Background in a SaaS, security, or technology environment is preferred.

• Capable of conveying technical information in an accessible manner to a general audience.

• Exceptional presentation and writing abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Personal experience with 1Password or other password management tools is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

• No sponsorship, work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa transfer will be provided.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Ability to work remotely from the applicable home country.

• Availability for in-person onboarding in Toronto.
