This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The ServiceNow Solutions Engineer collaborates with account teams to grasp customer business challenges and craft customized ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
• This position merges expertise in ServiceNow licensing, solution design, and customer engagement to stimulate revenue growth, deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations, and establish SHI as a trusted advisor.
• The Solutions Engineer works closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to expedite deal closure and broaden ServiceNow opportunities.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or a comparable role.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Creator workflows, automation, and integrations).
• Proficiency in conducting ServiceNow licensing analysis and providing optimization and cost guidance.
• Capability to design outcome-driven ServiceNow solutions that align with business use cases.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration delivery skills with an emphasis on executive storytelling.
• Ability to articulate business value and ROI for digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively across sales, consulting/delivery, and partner ecosystems.
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) are preferred.
