Solutions Engineer, Pro Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Pro Sales team to conduct tailored product demonstrations that reflect the business processes and workflows of existing customers.

• Evaluate and deliver objective insights to Account Managers regarding customer alignment with suggested products and features.

• Facilitate upselling opportunities for additional ServiceTitan products to current clients, thereby boosting recurring revenue.

• Address customer objections with innovative workflow solutions based on a thorough understanding of ServiceTitan software and the advantages of competitive products.

• Develop clear documentation and delivery strategies for the implementation team.

• Regularly update industry-specific scripts for internal demonstration purposes.

• Address functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to share consumer insights.

• Act as the subject matter expert on product updates and releases, clarifying their implications for business owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or relevant fields such as Sales, Product, or Engineering.

• Experience in the Trades and/or Marketing is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in a previous Sales organization or in support of it.

• Ability to think and act proactively to navigate roadblocks and challenges.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• A strong desire to continuously learn and apply insights on a daily basis.
